Cancellation & Refunds
Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your session. Within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. PLACEHOLDER confirm final terms before publishing.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time sessions begin promptly as ingredients are prepared in advance. Let us know on WhatsApp if you expect to be delayed.
Dietary & Allergen Handling
Tell us about allergies or dietary needs when you reserve. We accommodate vegetarian and vegan guests; please confirm other allergies directly as not all ingredients can be substituted.
Child Participation
Children are welcome with adult supervision at all times, particularly near the open fire and hot oil.
Photography & Consent
We may take photos during your session for our gallery and social media. Let your host know if you'd prefer not to be photographed.
